HEALTHY EATING
It is very important to maintain a healthy and balanced diet. Not only will you be able to maintain a modelesque figure, but you will also be able to keep nice skin, hair, and nails if stick to a healthy eating. Every model is different in how certain foods respond to their body, so you can always consult your family doctor to find out how to get your body in shape without jeopardizing your health.
Begin your day with warm water and lemon
Drink water throughout the day, at least 2L a day
Eat Lots of greens and vegetables, the more color, the better!
Eggs (boiled eggs are a good on the go option), Fruit
Choose healthy snacks (cherry tomatoes, carrot sticks, apples, oranges, berries)
Avoid bananas and grapes, as they are high is natural fructose sugar
Vegetable based soups are good for lunch, as well as a salad with protein and a lite vinaigrette type dressing. Stay away from creamy soups or dressings
Stay away from carbohydrates and starches. If eaten, it is best to eat whole grain bread in the morning
Chicken breast and Fish are the best protein options (grilled not fried)
Stay away from sugary and carbonated items (soda, candy, deserts, etc)
