A good fitness regiment is of upmost importance, this is one of the most important things to maintain as a model. Working out can be done at home, outside, or in the gym. As a UM Model, your bookers are always on the lookout for good workouts to spice up your weekly regiments.  If we need to come up with a more specific workout regiment, that can always be discussed. It is important to be consistent with your fitness and work out 3-5 times a week.

Here are some good options to maintain a model physique

  • Pilates

  • Power Yoga

  • Running & Jogging

  • Jumping Rope

  • Cardio/Aerobic Classes

  • Elliptical Machine (Gym)

  • Lifting Weights for Toning

  • YouTube Fitness Videos

We also suggest you to get a fitness hula hoop if you have to loose from your waist! 20-30 min everyday can do magics after few weeks!
